Publish social message

POST/omnichannel/social/messages

Publishes an outbound social message via the configured social channel adapter (e.g. Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram). The conversation record links the outbound post to any existing social thread for tracking and quality review.

channel	string	Yes	Must be "social". One of: "social"
subject	string	No	Post caption or reference subject. Max length: 255
channel_profile_id	integer	No	ID of the social channel profile to publish through.
assigned_to	integer	No	Agent ID responsible for monitoring replies.

201 Social message conversation created and queued for publish

422 Validation failed — check channel_profile_id and channel value
