Send us anything that shows you are a registered educational institution — a Ghana Education Service registration, a certificate of incorporation showing the school name, a letter on institutional letterhead, or an accreditation certificate. We do not need student records or financial statements. Verification is a one‑off check done by a person, usually the same working day, and once you are verified the rate applies to everything you buy from us afterwards, including services you add later.

For Ghanaian institutions the practical options are mobile money (MTN MoMo and Telecel Cash, through Moolre and Paystack) and bank transfer, which is what most finance offices prefer because it produces a paper trail for the auditors. Student data is the most sensitive thing a school holds, so the protections are structural rather than optional: TLS on every site, isolated hosting accounts so one compromised site cannot reach another, and access to your systems restricted to the staff you nominate. Backups are held separately from the live server, because a backup on the same machine is not a backup. Microsoft's shared responsibility model puts your data's availability on them and its protection on you, which surprises most schools the first time they need something restored. We back up Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams independently of Microsoft, on your schedule, with granular restore. If you run both Google and Microsoft across different departments — which is common — both can sit under one agreement and one invoice.
