Depending on the plan and hosting target, you can use DirectAdmin or WHM/cPanel to create hosted client accounts, set package limits, and run your hosting business independently.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The included white-label billing portal helps you manage clients, invoices, and support workflows, while DirectAdmin or WHM/cPanel handles hosting account management. WHMCS is available as a paid add-on or bring-your-own option when you want a separate WHMCS instance.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes, completely. Our reseller hosting is 100% white-labeled. You can use private nameservers (e.g., ns1.yourdomain.com), your own logo on the control panel, a custom login URL, and your own domain. Your clients will never see the Faciotech brand.
How many clients can I host?
The number of hosted clients depends on your chosen plan: Silver supports up to 25 hosted client accounts, Gold supports up to 60, and Platinum supports up to 120. Billing portal client limits are tracked separately so prospects, paused clients, and billing-only contacts do not consume hosting-account quota.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can seamlessly upgrade to a higher reseller plan at any time with no downtime or data loss. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades are also possible as long as your current usage fits within the lower plan.
What control panel is included?
Faciotech supports DirectAdmin or WHM/cPanel reseller setups. Each hosted client receives the appropriate client control panel for managing websites, email, databases, files, and SSL, while you manage packages and account allocation from the reseller layer.
Do you offer support for my clients?
We provide full technical support directly to you as the reseller. You are then responsible for supporting your own clients. However, for higher-tier plans, we offer optional direct end-client support where our team can assist your clients on your behalf, fully white-labeled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support international and regional payment options where available, including card payments (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfers, and selected local payment methods such as mobile money in supported markets. Supported currencies and payment methods may vary by country, plan, and billing setup — plans can be billed in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, GHS and more.
Will my renewal price change?
The price shown on each plan card is the standing recurring price, so unless you start on a specific promotion, your plan renews at the same rate — we don’t hide a higher renewal behind a low intro figure.
