Do I need technical knowledge?
No. WHMCS automates billing, invoicing, and client management, while WHM handles server-side account provisioning. Our 24/7 support team is available to help you with any technical questions. We also provide documentation and tutorials to get you started.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes, completely. Our reseller hosting is 100% white-labeled. You can use private nameservers (e.g., ns1.yourdomain.com), your own logo on the control panel, a custom login URL, and your own domain. Your clients will never see the Faciotech brand.
How many clients can I host?
The number of clients depends on your chosen plan. Each plan specifies the number of cPanel accounts you can create and the total disk space and bandwidth available. You can allocate resources to each client as you see fit and upgrade your plan at any time to host more clients.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can seamlessly upgrade to a higher reseller plan at any time with no downtime or data loss. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades are also possible as long as your current usage fits within the lower plan.
What control panel is included?
