List QA scorecards

GET/support/qa-scorecards

Returns all quality assurance scorecards. Each scorecard captures a reviewer's evaluation of a support conversation against a defined rubric. Use this to monitor agent quality and identify coaching opportunities.

Request

This endpoint takes no parameters and no request body.

data[].rubric_results	map of number, nullable	No	Per-dimension scoring breakdown.
data[].notes	string, nullable	No	Coaching notes from the reviewer.
data[].created_at	string (date-time)	No	Record creation timestamp.
