Platform Overview
Faciotech is a multi-tenant CRM/ERP platform that gives every organization its own isolated workspace with a dedicated subdomain, powered by a flexible module system tailored to your organization's exact needs. Your workspace is set up by Faciotech — this page explains what the platform is and what is available to you.
What Is Faciotech?
Faciotech is accessed at a dedicated subdomain provisioned by Faciotech for your organization (e.g., yourcompany.faciotech.net). Your workspace is set up and deployed by Faciotech — there is no self-service sign-up. Once your tenant is live, your administrator grants access to users within your organization. All your data, users, settings, and customizations stay within your tenant, completely separated from every other organization on the platform.
The Module System
Faciotech is built around 16 interoperable modules. You activate only what your team needs, keeping the interface clean and focused. Modules can be turned on or off from your tenant settings at any time, subject to your plan.

Faciotech offers three plans designed to grow with your business.
Starter gives you Contacts & Clients — perfect for teams that need a clean, reliable CRM without extra complexity.
Business adds Paxus Suite, ClarusPOS, and Client Onboarding on top of Contacts, making it the right fit for growing businesses that manage finances and serve customers face-to-face.
Enterprise unlocks all 16 modules, including advanced tools like SyneraHR, Workflow Automation, AI Copilot, and Office Suite, giving large organizations a complete operational platform under one roof.

Multi-Tenancy
Every tenant is fully isolated. Your users, contacts, invoices, and settings are never visible to other organizations. Each tenant gets:
