Starter

The Starter plan gives you Contacts & Clients — a clean, full-featured CRM for managing your contacts, companies, and relationships. It is the right fit for small teams or businesses that want a reliable CRM without financial or operational tooling.

Business

The Business plan adds Paxus Suite, ClarusPOS, and Client Onboarding on top of the full Contacts module. Use it when you need to manage finances, run a point-of-sale operation, or guide new clients through structured onboarding flows.

Business also includes custom domain support so your team accesses the platform at your own branded URL.

Enterprise

Enterprise unlocks all 16 modules — the four Business modules plus twelve more, including SyneraHR, Sales Pipeline, AI Copilot, Office Suite, and Marketplace. It is designed for larger organizations that need a unified platform spanning HR, payroll, revenue analytics, workflow automation, and omnichannel communication.

Enterprise includes priority support with faster response times.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Plan changes are managed by Faciotech. There is no self-service billing page — to change your plan, contact your Faciotech account manager.

Upgrading takes effect once confirmed by Faciotech. New modules will appear in your Customize Apps panel immediately and can be pinned to the sidebar.

Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Modules that are not included in the lower tier are deactivated — your data is preserved and accessible again if you upgrade in the future.

Before downgrading, export any reports or data you may need from modules that will become inactive. Go to the relevant module and use its built-in export tools.

To discuss custom pricing, volume discounts, or annual billing, contact the Faciotech team at services@faciotech.com.
