List statutory filings

GET/payroll/filings

Returns all statutory tax filings (PAYE, SSNIT, etc.) for the tenant. Use to track submission status and identify overdue filings.

filing_type	string	No	Type of statutory filing (e.g. "paye", "ssnit", "tier2_pension").
period	string	No	Filing period in YYYY-MM format.
status	string	No	One of: "draft", "submitted", "accepted", "rejected", "overdue"
submission_reference	string, nullable	No	Authority-issued submission reference number.
created_at	string (date-time)	No
