Resolve merge review

POST/customer360/merge-reviews/{id}/resolve

Resolves a queued merge review with a decision. 'merged' combines the two profiles into the primary record; 'approved' flags it for automated merge; 'rejected' dismisses the review without merging. Optional notes are stored for audit purposes.
