Recalculate customer health score

POST/customer360/health-scores

Triggers an immediate health score recalculation for a specific profile. If profile_id is omitted, recalculates scores for all profiles (may be slow on large datasets). Use this after manual data corrections or when a customer's circumstances change significantly.

profile_id	integer, nullable	No	ID of a specific customer profile to recalculate. Omit to trigger recalculation for all profiles.

Responses

302 Redirect to health scores list after recalculation

404 Profile not found (if profile_id was provided)

422 Validation error — profile_id must reference a valid profile if provided
