Create customer journey
POST/customer360/journeys
Creates a new customer journey tied to a segment and entry trigger rules. Journeys start in 'draft' status. Call the activate endpoint when ready to begin enrolling customers. Export targets define the channels and templates used to communicate with customers during the journey.

trigger_rules_json | string, nullable | No | JSON array of trigger rule objects defining when customers enter this journey (e.g. on profile creation, health score drop, etc.). |
export_targets_json | string, nullable | No | JSON array of export target objects defining the channels and templates used to communicate during the journey (e.g. email, SMS). |
