Create employee

POST/hr/employees

Creates a new employee record. The employee is linked to a branch, department, and position. Required fields include first name, last name, and email.

first_name	string	Yes	Employee's given name. Max length: 100
last_name	string	Yes	Employee's family name. Max length: 100
email	string (email)	Yes	Unique work email address.
department_id	integer, nullable	No	ID of an hr_departments record.
position_id	integer, nullable	No	ID of an hr_positions record.
branch_id	integer, nullable	No	ID of an hr_branches record.
status	string	No	Employment status. One of: "active", "inactive", "terminated" · Default: "active"
hire_date	string (date), nullable	No	Start date in ISO 8601 date format.
