Replay delivery or outbox event

POST/integrations/deliveries/{id}/replay

Creates a new outbox event cloned from the specified failed or pending event, with a fresh trace ID and 'pending' status. Use this to re-queue an event that failed delivery without manually reconstructing the payload. The original event is not modified — the replay is a new independent record.
