Fetch tenant policy bundle
GET/tenants/{tenant_id}/policies
Returns the current policy bundle for the tenant, including module entitlements, feature flags, data retention overrides, and any custom governance settings. Use to audit a tenant's configuration or pre-populate the policy editor.

retention.activity_log_days | integer | No | Number of days to retain activity log entries. |
updated_at | string (date-time) | No | Timestamp of the last policy bundle update (present on responses). |
