Create governance evaluation

POST/ai/governance/evaluations

Records a governance evaluation event, capturing the review of an AI action or output against the tenant's policy standards. Use from the governance console to log manual review decisions alongside automated policy enforcement.

Field	Type	Required	Description
subject_type	string	Yes	The type of subject being evaluated (e.g. "copilot_query", "template").
subject_id	string	Yes	The identifier of the subject record.
decision	string	Yes	The governance decision reached by the reviewer. One of: "approved", "rejected", "flagged"
policy_violations	array of string	No	List of policy violation codes identified, if any.
notes	string	No	Reviewer notes explaining the decision. Max length: 2000
