A: Visit our domain search page, enter your desired domain name, select available extensions, and complete the checkout process.

Q: What domain extensions do you offer?

A: We offer popular extensions including .com, .net, .org, .co, .io, .com.gh, .gh, and many more. Check availability during the search process.

Q: How long does domain registration take?

A: Most domains are registered instantly after payment. Some extensions may require additional verification and take 24-48 hours.

Domain Transfer

Q: Can I transfer my domain to Faciotech?

A: Yes! You'll need your domain's EPP/authorization code from your current registrar. The transfer extends your registration by one year.

Q: How long does a domain transfer take?

A: Transfers typically complete within 5-7 days. You'll need to approve the transfer via email.

Q: Is there a fee to transfer?

A: The transfer fee is usually the same as a one-year renewal. This extends your domain by one year.

Domain Management

Q: How do I change my nameservers?

A: Log into Client Area → My Domains → Click on your domain → Nameservers. Enter your new nameservers and save.

Q: How do I update domain contact information?

A: Go to Client Area → My Domains → Select domain → Contact Information. Update and save your changes.

Q: Can I get WHOIS privacy?

A: Yes, we offer ID Protection/WHOIS Privacy as an add-on for most domains. This hides your personal information from public WHOIS lookups.

Q: What are your nameservers?

Q: How do I point my domain to my hosting?

A: Update your domain's nameservers to our nameservers above. Changes can take 24-48 hours to propagate.

Q: Can I manage DNS records?

A: Yes! If your domain uses our nameservers, manage DNS via cPanel → Zone Editor.

Domain Renewal

Q: When should I renew my domain?

A: We send renewal reminders starting 60 days before expiration. We recommend renewing at least 7 days before expiry.

Q: What happens if my domain expires?

A: Expired domains enter a grace period (varies by extension) during which you can still renew at the normal price. After that, higher redemption fees may apply.

Q: Can I enable auto-renewal?

A: Yes, add a payment method in your Client Area to enable automatic renewals.
