You can read your Faciotech email in a web browser, from any device, without setting up a mail app. This guide shows you how to sign in.
Throughout, replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name.
Open webmail
Open this address in your browser:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail
This is the only address you need. It works on every Faciotech hosting plan — whether your hosting uses cPanel or DirectAdmin — and takes you straight to the webmail sign‑in page. Bookmark it.
- Username — your full email address, in lower case (for example user@yourdomain.com, not just user).
- Password — the password for that mailbox. This is not your Faciotech client area password — it is the password set for the email account itself.

Use the full address, including the part after the @.
Once you are signed in, your inbox opens and you can read and send mail.

Your inbox opens as soon as you sign in. The exact look depends on which webmail application your plan uses.
Another way in: through your control panel
If yourdomain.com/webmail will not load, you can reach the same mailboxes through your hosting control panel. This route always works, because it does not depend on your domain resolving correctly:
- Sign in to the Faciotech client area.
- Open your hosting service and click the control panel link shown there. It opens the right panel for your account — cPanel or DirectAdmin, depending on your plan.
- In the panel, find the Email section and open Email Accounts.
- Choose the webmail option beside the mailbox you want to read.
Which control panel do I have? You do not need to know — the link in your client area always points at the correct one. If you would like to check, it is named in your welcome email and shown on your service page in the client area.
If you cannot sign in
- Check the username is the full address. This is by far the most common cause — user@yourdomain.com, not user.
- Check you are using the mailbox password, not your client area password. You can reset the mailbox password from your control panel under Email Accounts.
- Newly created mailbox? Give it a few minutes after creating it before your first sign‑in.
- Recently moved your domain or changed its DNS? Until the change finishes propagating, use the control panel route above.
Still stuck? Open a support ticket with the email address you are trying to reach — never include your password — and we will check the account for you.
