Evidence checklist
Include as much of the following as you can.

Domain name and specific URLs
Date and time of activity (include timezone)

What happens next
Set expectations for review and response.
- 1Reports are logged and reviewed by the Abuse Team.
- 2Due to volume, you may not receive a response to every report.
- 3We take action as needed to enforce Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable laws.
- 4For multiple incidents on the same domain or service, include them in a single report where possible.
Domains registered with FacioTech but hosted elsewhere
If a domain is registered with FacioTech but the content is hosted by another provider, content-level removal must be requested from the hosting provider. Registrar-level actions may still apply where appropriate.
