Checking Server Status and Uptime
Our Server Status page gives you a real-time view of how our infrastructure is performing — including current status, uptime history, active incidents, and scheduled maintenance. No login is required.

Understanding the Overall Status
At the top of the page, a status banner shows the overall health of all monitored services. There are four possible states:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Operational | All systems are running normally. No issues detected. |
| Degraded Performance | Some services are experiencing slower performance or intermittent issues. |
| Partial System Outage | One or more services are down, but others continue to function. |
| Major System Outage | All monitored services are experiencing a significant outage. |
Individual Components
Below the overall status, each monitored component (server, service, or endpoint) is listed individually. For each component you'll see:
- Component name — e.g. "Web Server", "Mail Server", "DNS", "cPanel"
- Current status — a colour-coded indicator (green = up, red = down, grey = unknown)
- Uptime percentage — the overall uptime over the monitoring period
Reading the 90-Day Uptime History
Each component shows a visual 90-day uptime bar — a row of 90 small blocks, one for each day, with the most recent day on the right.
| Block Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | 99.9%+ uptime that day — no significant issues |
| Orange | 95–99.9% uptime — some degradation occurred |
| Red | Below 95% uptime — significant downtime that day |
| Grey | No data available for that day |
Hover over any block to see the exact date and uptime percentage for that day.

Active Incidents
If any service is currently experiencing an issue, an Active Incidents section appears on the page with:
- An "Ongoing" badge
- The affected component name
- When the incident started
- A description of the issue (when available)
This section automatically disappears once all incidents are resolved.
Scheduled Maintenance
When maintenance is planned, a Scheduled Maintenance section shows:
- The maintenance title
- Start and end times
- A description of what will be affected
During scheduled maintenance windows, monitors are paused for the affected services to avoid false alerts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often is the status page updated? Our monitors check services at regular intervals (typically every few minutes). The status page reflects the most recent check results in real time.
The status page shows "Operational" but my site is down. What should I do?The status page monitors our core infrastructure, not individual websites. If your site is down but our servers show operational, the issue may be specific to your account. Open a support ticket so we can investigate.
Can I embed the status on my own website?Yes. You can use our JSON API endpoint to retrieve status data programmatically, or embed a status badge image on your site or README files.
Do I need an account to view the status page? No. The status page and email subscriptions are available to everyone — no login required.
Still Need Help?
If you're experiencing an issue that isn't reflected on the status page, or need more detail about an ongoing incident, open a support ticket and our team will look into it.
