Prohibited activities:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Faciotech's resources:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
- Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any computer system
- Distributing illegal or copyrighted content, including but not limited to software, music, movies, and other media
- Engaging in any illegal or malicious activity, such as fraud, defamation, or harassment
- Using Faciotech's resources for personal gain or profit, including but not limited to hosting websites or applications for third parties
- Using Faciotech's resources to engage in any activity that is harmful to Faciotech or its reputation
Compliance:
Users of Faciotech's resources are expected to comply with this AUP at all times. This includes but is not limited to:
- Not sharing login credentials or access to Faciotech's resources with any unauthorized users
- Ensuring that all activities on Faciotech's resources are legal and comply with this AUP
- Reporting any suspected policy violations to Faciotech immediately
Enforcement:
Faciotech reserves the right to enforce this AUP as necessary. This may include but is not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating service for users who violate this AUP
- Terminating employment or contracts for employees or contractors who violate this AUP
- Taking legal action against users who engage in illegal or malicious activities on Faciotech's resources
Changes:
This AUP may be amended or revised at any time by Faciotech. Any changes to this AUP will be communicated to users via email or through Faciotech's website.
