After Payment — Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method. Here's what to expect after making a payment.

Cheque payments typically take 3 business days to process and clear. Your invoice will be marked as paid once the cheque has been verified and funds received.

Card payments are processed within 1–3 business days. Transaction fees may apply depending on the processor:

Chargebacks on card payments may take 3–10 business days to process.

Mobile Money payments are confirmed within up to 2 business days. Ensure your invoice number is included as the reference for faster matching.

Chargebacks on Mobile Money may take 3–10 business days.

Bank transfer confirmation times depend on your bank and the transfer method used. Domestic transfers are typically faster than international wire transfers.

Please allow 1–5 business days for your transfer to be reflected. Contact us with your transfer receipt if you need faster confirmation.
