Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I pay with Mobile Money?

A: Yes! Select "Mobile Money" at checkout and follow the prompts. You'll receive a payment request on your phone to confirm.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Invoices

Q: When will I receive my invoice?

A: Invoices are generated 14 days before your service renewal date. You'll receive an email notification with a link to view and pay.

Q: How do I view past invoices?

A: Log into your Client Area → Billing → My Invoices to see all current and past invoices.

Q: Can I get a receipt for my payment?

A: Yes, every paid invoice serves as your receipt. You can download a PDF from your Client Area.

Renewals

Q: How do I enable auto-renewal?

A: Go to Client Area → Billing → Payment Methods → Add a payment method. Services will automatically renew using this method.

Q: What happens if I don't renew on time?

A: Your service will be suspended. You have a grace period to pay and restore service. After the grace period, data may be deleted. See our Late Renewal Fees article.

Q: Can I pay for multiple years upfront?

A: Yes! Multi-year payments often come with discounts. Contact us for special pricing on long-term commitments.

Refunds

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts. Domain registrations are non-refundable. See our refund policy.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Account Credit

Q: Can I add credit to my account?

A: Yes! Go to Client Area → Billing → Add Funds. This credit will be used for future invoices automatically.

Q: Is account credit refundable?

A: Account credit is generally non-refundable but can be used for any Faciotech service.
