Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our monitoring service.

Our system checks your websites and servers at regular intervals based on your plan. For each check, we verify the target is responding correctly — HTTP status codes, successful pings, open ports, or valid SSL certificates. If a check fails, we immediately alert you through your configured notification channels.
Check intervals depend on your plan: Lite checks every 10 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, and Enterprise every 1 minute. More frequent checks mean faster outage detection.
You'll receive an alert within your check interval when a failure is detected. On the Enterprise plan with 1-minute checks, you could be notified within 60 seconds of an outage via email, SMS, or webhook.
A status page is a public page showing real-time operational status of your services. Customers can check if your systems are running normally and subscribe to incident notifications. It reduces support tickets during outages and builds trust.
Yes, change your plan anytime from your client area. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades adjust at the next billing cycle. If you exceed your new limit, you'll need to remove some monitors before the downgrade applies.
All paid plans include full API access. Create, update, and delete monitors, retrieve check logs and uptime statistics, and manage alert settings programmatically. API keys can be generated from the monitoring dashboard.
Request cancellation from your client area under Services. Monitors continue running until the end of your billing period, then are automatically removed. You can export data via the API before cancellation.
