If you work as a freelancer, you know how time-consuming it is to keep track of client websites. Downtimes are something we despise and never wish to experience. They do, though, happen sometimes. When a client or a consumer contacts you to alert you that your website is down, it hurts.

This is when server monitoring comes into the picture. You receive accurate downtime data through email or SMS, allowing you to react quickly. Time is of the essence, and our technologies are built to provide it to you.

Having difficulty configuring a monitor? Here is the guide!

1. To log in, go to our client area. Use the email address and password you used to create the account.

2. Click the monitor tab in the top menu to go to the monitor page. On the monitor on which you intend to add the website or asset, click the manage button.

3. Click "Add Monitor."

4. Here, you may provide the monitor's name. Enter the monitor's IP or address in this field. Finally, choose the protocol that you desire to monitor, and lastly, select the frequency at which you wish your asset to be monitored.

5. Save changes. Report generation may take a few minutes, depending on the monitor package to which you have subscribed. Allow some time and return later.

6. You may view more statistics about a website or asset by clicking on its name or the stats button. Our system visualizes server loads via line graphs, with updated hours and days of downtime shown in a tabular style.
