Faciotech takes abuse of our network and services seriously. If you believe a Faciotech-hosted service is being used for spam, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, or other violations, please report it using the steps below.
How to report abuse
Send an email to abuse@faciotech.com with as much detail as possible. Including the items below helps us investigate quickly:
- IP address or hostname involved
- Domain name and specific URLs
- Date and time of the activity (include timezone)
- Description of the issue and supporting evidence (logs, headers, screenshots)
- Your contact information for follow-up questions
What happens with your report
Reports are reviewed by our Abuse Team and logged for tracking. We may not respond to every report due to volume, but we investigate each submission and take action as needed to enforce our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable laws. For multiple incidents on the same domain or service, please include them in a single report.
Domains registered with Faciotech
If a domain is registered with Faciotech but hosted elsewhere, we may not have direct access to the content or server. In those cases, please report the abuse to the hosting provider responsible for the content. We will assist where possible with registrar-level actions when appropriate.
